Returns And Cancellations
Medicines cannot be returned or exchanged. Other items such as food, leashes and collars may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the receipt and original packaging. Some restrictions apply. Ask our staff about the return and exchange policies for specific items before purchase. Some items may be exchanged for another item of equal value. Please inquire about exchanges before purchase.
When returning an item, bring the item, your receipt and the original packaging to our facility at 6129 NC Hwy 42 West, Garner, NC 27529. Original shipping rates for items are not refundable and customers are responsible for any shipping costs due to a return.
Customers will be credited for returns in the same payment form as seen on the original receipt.
As of July 1, 2014, we require a $30 non-refundable deposit per pet for all boarding stays. The deposit will be applied to your pet’s stay at pick-up or will remain as a credit on your account if you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. This credit may be used toward any Carolina Ranch product or service. If the reservation is during a major holiday (as defined by Carolina Ranch Animal Hospital & Resort) then the cancelation must be at least 5 days prior to arrival for credit to be applied to your account. Deposits will be forfeited (not available as credit on account) if cancelation is not made within the designated time frames.
