We purchased the four week Stay & Learn package for our 4 year old Bella last year. Three of those weeks we did in November and could tell a big difference after her training with Mike. Bella just finished her fourth week today. We greatly appreciate the time that Mike spent with her and also with us going over everything and how to continue the training at home. Looking forward to beginning Saturday group classes! Thank you Mike & Carolina Ranch!

The facility itself is very nice. Aside from the vet herself, I wasn’t impressed with any of the employees attitudes or treatment. The front desk seemed disorganized and I waited for 15 minutes just to be checked in. Just like with kids, there’s a vaccine for everything, with the price just going up and up. I really liked Jessica, the vet. She got down on the floor to help our dog feel comfortable with her. It was recommended that we meet with the trainer; he came in at the end of the visit with the vet. After she left, he was a complete jerk. Very unprofessional and condescending. Overal, the appt lasted way too long - 2 full hours. At the end I asked about boarding him the next week. The receptionist recommended we pay the deposit that day so check in would be easier. Our travel plans changed, and we won’t be boarding him...but the deposit is non-refundable. Overall, I don’t think I’ll be returning. Seems like the prices are inflated to pay for a nice building and less than stellar employees.

The tech was very thorough and good. Our first visit with this particular vet but we really liked her. She was also able to trim our dog’s nails after he had gotten to the point that he would not let us. Had a very informative discussion regarding flu shots for dogs. Very helpful.
Appt. with Dr. Kinter

I love taking our girls to Carolina Ranch for everything but seeing the Veterinary staff there is amazing. Having a reserved pup they are always very patient and understanding with her, Dr. Kinter and the tech literally sat on the floor with us today to get Bella's shots done. Also they are very knowledgable about possible issues with the MDR1 gene in Australian Shepherds and take all precautions to keep my girls safe. I really can't say enough about the entire staff and facility at the Ranch. We love it there and our girls are happy to be there as they are well cared for and loved by the staff.

Always a great experience.

Cabins are enclosures, a nice alternative to chain link cages but way too expensive! And just to add on a walk is more $$ added to cost!

Thrilled with all services: veterinary, boarding, doggie daycare and grooming.
Great Service and Friendly Staff. Vet was professional, knowledgeable and engaging to our puppy.

Service and product fees are on the higher side. However it is a Resort after all. Offers a lot of amenities. Seem to have enough staff. My first impression: clean professionally operated pet hospital. Note: this was our first visit.
