I have 2 comments I’d like to share. 1. The technician who spoke to me prior to the surgery was very thorough and comforting. However, I never saw the Doctor, nor have I ever met the Vet Doctor that was performing the procedure. Since I didn’t meet her at drop-off, I thought I would meet her and talk to her when I picked my dog up, but she was not there, and another different technician gave me the post surgery information. I was very nervous going forward with this surgery for my dog, so meeting the doctor would have been helpful to me. I was disappointed about this, and surprised that the office sets up the pre-surgery appointments this way. I know my dog was going in for a standard procedure, but it’s still a surgery. 2. I was also a little disappointed that I didn’t receive a follow-up call the next day, or any day afterwards. The office seems so “on top of things”, caring, and helpful, I would have thought they would have called to see how the dog was doing post surgery. Again, maybe it is a standard procedure to them, but every dog is different and reacts differently, so a courtesy call would have been nice. At that time customers could ask any questions they might have. I called myself a few days later for my questions. Those are my thoughts and opinions this surgery appointment..
So Personable with Excellent Customer Service!
Even though my appointment time was pushed out, the staff called early enough and were so courteous and respectful and apologized profusely. My kitten was in great hands and was at an ease the entire appointment
First visit. Facility and faculty extremely nice
Was very pleased with service. Called yesterday to make an appointment for my dog. Was able to get an appointment for the day and time I requested. There was a short wait but the procedure was quick.
Toby and I learned a lot and enjoyed the experience. We look forward to our next session.
Affordable pricing and great service
