New Clients must complete the NEW CLIENT form on our web site prior to requesting a reservation. Please read and accept our Boarding Requirements Vaccination Requirement:: I understand that in order for my pet to board, he/she must be current on his/her Rabies, Distemper, and Kennel Cough (dogs only) vaccines, and a fecal test (intestinal parasite test). If your dog will be participating in group activities then we also require they have a yearly heartworm test and be on monthly heartworm prevention. Flea Requirement:: I further understand that in order for my pet to board, if fleas are found they will be treated with one dose of flea treatment upon arrival.
We require a $30 non-refundable deposit per pet for all boarding stays. The deposit will be applied to your pet's stay at pick-up or will remain as a credit on your account if you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. If the reservation is during a holiday, then the cancelation must be at least 5 days prior to arrival for credit to be applied to your account. Deposits will be forfeited if cancelation is not made within the designated time frames. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL THE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN MADE. For your convenience, you may enter a credit card on our secure form for us to apply the deposit or you may call the office to give it to us over the phone - 919-662-3200.
Please note that making a deposit does not automatically store your credit card information. If you would like to keep credit card information on file at Carolina Ranch Animal Hospital & Resort, please call or visit us in person to transfer your information into our secure database for future use.
