For years this was a good place with my pets. Now I have a pet who has anxiety after a bad experience with another groomer. I've asked for special treatment and made it known for all visits. A tech came out to get my pet without following our plan. She scared my pet by grabbing her as I begged her to just walk her in side door on her leash. But she put leash around her neck two or three times from the groomer then hurried off with my dog in her arms to front not side door causing my pet to panic and have a seizure needing vet care and an IV. I told the doctor who was new to me. My vet had retired few weeks ago. This vet was non compassionate and did not listen to me. She got my pets records and urged me to take her elsewhere after 6 years as patient. Traumatic for my dog and me. Go elsewhere.

Dr. Oliver is amazing she is amazing with my dog and really felt like she truly cared and was knowledgeable. They worked there schedule for me with a time sensitive matter and went above and beyond in their care.
