This is a beautiful location with great pet parents. I am new to this process but was provided a lot of information to help guide me along the way. Plus, you this location has great techs and vets, so you must give it a try.

As always, we put our trust in the staff at Carolina Ranch to provide great care to our beloved dog, Matilda. This was an important visit, as we were considering surgery for our girl and we were very appreciative of the careful consideration and validation of our concerns that we received from Dr. Bauer. The vet tech who saw her and took vitals and information from us was very thorough, professional and gentle with Ms. Matilda and we were grateful for that as well. Well done!

Clean facility. Polite staff. Capable vets and vet techs. More expensive than most places. Nail trims are twice the normal rate. I can only recommend this place if you have money. They deserve 4 stars at least...but if fees are a bigger concern for you, find another vet.

I was able to quickly and conveniently find and schedule an appointment online the night before. I didn't have a regular vet as we just moved to NC from MN a month ago and my dog Jack suddenly developed a pretty bad limp a month into us moving here. The next day, I brought my dog Jack into the vet. They immediately knew how to handle him - he's a large sweet boy, but gets extremely nervous and defensive when getting examinations. He didn't react at all to Dr. Baer checking his heart/lungs and his leg. It was clear that Dr. Baer has worked with dogs like him before and her handling was excellent. The next day we had to drop him off for sedation and x-rays, as we were unable to sedate and x-ray at the first appointment due to him just eating breakfast. Dr. Baer communicated with me very well and I was pleased with the treatment plan and communication going forward. I will also say that compared to our vet in Minnesota, this was extremely affordable for all that we had done. Minor hiccup during pick up post-sedation, but I was happy overall with our visit and the knowledge and handling with the vet. I'm happy to say that we will be coming back - all 3 dogs and 1 cat of ours!
