Dr. Madeline Zurowsky is originally from Fayetteville North Carolina as a military brat. She attended Clemson University in South Carolina and received her Bachelors of Science in Animal and Veterinary Sciences. She is a graduate of the College of Veterinary Medicine at North Carolina State University. Dr. “Z” enjoys cats and dogs equally and has specialized interests in internal medicine, geriatrics, pain management, and behavioral medicine. She is Fear Free Certified and enjoys making the veterinary office a pleasant place for patients and owners alike. She loves meeting new clients and creating relationships in the community

Dr. Z’s family is the surrounding Raleigh Area and Pinehurst North Carolina. She spends her free time with her two short-legged Welsh Pembroke Corgis- Middleton “Middie” and Paddington “Paddy”. Outside of veterinary medicine she enjoys spending time with friends and family at the beach, in the football stadium, or on the golf course.

Experience: Familiar face? Dr. Zurowsky was a summer veterinary intern at the Ranch during vet school. Recent graduate from NC State’s veterinary school. Has been working or learning in the veterinary field for 10 years.

Certifications and Professional Interests: Fear Free Certified with special interests in internal medicine, geriatrics, pain management, and behavioral medicine. Dr. Z enjoys educating the community about animals through Girl Scout troups and science fairs!

Hobbies: Clemson football, wine tasting, concerts, baking, and golfing.

Pets: Middie loves daycare, long Frisbee or fetching sessions, and herding sheep. Paddy loves daycare, belly rubs, and all treats.
