We offer a warm boarding environment and high-quality amenities that deliver the ultimate in comfort and fun. Our dedicated, professional staff is ready to pamper your pets throughout their stay, providing them with everything they need for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. To us, your pet is part of our family.
Carolina Ranch is staffed by both medical and resort care specialists. We also have facilities that allow our staff to stay on property to monitor alarms and take care of our guests during inclement weather.
Our veterinarians are available Monday through Saturday, as well as being on call every weekend, and work closely with the entire medical team, utilizing two separate walkthroughs a day to be able to preemptively address any concerns that may arise for all boarders, including any pets with any special needs. All pet medications are administered by our technical team who closely work with our resort care specialists.
Our entire facility is climate-controlled and supported by our full-facility generator, offering comfort and care 365 days a year to our canine and feline friends, regardless of weather or utility issues. A soothing blend of music plays 24 hours a day (including a calming nighttime playlist).
In our cattery, we offer cat condos specifically tailored to our feline friends with koi pond, TV, large windows, and a cat tree for all the luxuries of home.
For our canine family members there is access to spacious standard runs, suites, or private cabins. We provide a fully turfed yard system for all canines, allowing for supervised, fun-filled, play time, pool time, cuddle time, and leash walks, as well as the standard three (3) potty breaks per day.

Saturday: 8am – 12pm
Sunday: 5pm – 6pm (Boarding Pick-Ups Only)
