Complete and submit this form to request a boarding reservation. Please be advised that all boarding requests are processed Monday – Friday 10am – 4pm. Forms submitted outside of business hours will not be processed until 10am the following weekday. Please allow at least 24 hours for confirmation.

If you are placing a reservation for a drop off date within the next 2 days, please call us at (919) 662-3200 to setup your reservation.

Vaccine Requirements

Our resort guests are required to be up-to-date on their vaccines (Distemper/Parvo, Rabies, 6-month Intranasal Bordetella, and Intestinal Parasite Exam for dogs; FVRCP and Rabies for cats) for any day or overnight stay in the resort.

Boarding Deposit

We require a deposit for all boarding stays.

  • If your pet(s) is booked in a cat condo or standard accommodation, a $50 deposit plus a $25 per each additional dog is required.
    • The deposit is refundable if you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Deposits will be forfeited if cancellation is not made within the designated time frames. Standard accommodation holiday boarding deposits require a five (5) business day notification of cancellation.
  • If your pet(s) is booked in a suite, a $75 deposit plus $25 per each additional dog is required.
    • The deposit is refundable if you cancel your reservation at least five (5) days prior to your scheduled arrival. Deposits will be forfeited if cancellation is not made within the designated time frames. Due to limited availability and popularity, suite and cabin reservations require a minimum of a 3 day stay.
  • If your pet(s) is booked in a secluded cabin, an $100 deposit plus $25 per each additional dog is required.
    • The deposit is refundable if you cancel your reservation at least five (5) days prior to your scheduled arrival. Deposits will be forfeited if cancellation is not made within the designated time frames. Due to limited availability and popularity, suite and cabin reservations require a minimum of a 3 day stay.

RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL THE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN MADE. For your convenience, you may enter a credit card on our secure form for us to apply the deposit or you may call the office to give it to us over the phone – (919) 662-3200.

Please note that making a deposit does not automatically store your credit card information. If you would like to keep credit card information on file at Carolina Ranch Animal Hospital & Resort, please call or visit us in person to transfer your information into our secure database for future use.

Shared Space

If your pet is sharing a single space with another pet from your family, an additional charge of $46 per additional pet will apply.
