We Provide Quality Service Dogs Both Locally and Nationally
Looking for a properly trained Service Dog or training for your current Service Dog can feel overwhelming. The conflicting information located on the web can make knowing what to believe or who to trust very difficult. Carolina Ranch Dog Training is here to help put you on the path to success. Be sure to visit our Frequently Asked Questions page to get more information on our Service Dogs as well as the legalities of handling a Service Dog.
The First Step Toward Getting Your Service Dog
The first step for anyone looking into Service Dog training or purchasing a fully trained Service Dog is to schedule a consultation. This visit will give us a chance to sit down and create a training plan that is suitable to your schedule, goals and budget. Consultations are $50, but that money is credited back to your account when you enroll in a training program.
Our Service Dog Programs
Fully Trained Dogs
For those who are looking for a quicker solution to their Service Dog needs, we offer fully trained Service Dogs. We frequently have fully trained dogs in-house. If we don’t have what is needed, we will use our local and nationwide contacts to locate the appropriate dog for you.
Stay and Learn
Our Stay and Learn program allows our trainers to focus on your dog and your needs while they stay here at the facility with us. This is not a cookie-cutter program; All the behaviours your dog will be taught will be based on your discussion with the Trainer during your Consult.
Our innovative day training program allows you to drop your dog off in the morning and pick them up in the evening. Your dog’s trainer will work with them throughout the day and when they are not learning, they will be playing with all their new friends in our Daycare. (Not all dogs will qualify for the Daycare portion of this program. For those that don’t, we offer Day Boarding; when your dog isn’t with their trainer, they will be relaxing in their spacious 40 square foot boarding accommodation until their next training session.)
On-Site Private Lessons are a great way to start toward your Service Dog training goals or to focus on specific problems your current Service Dog may be having. You will meet one-on-one with our Service Dog Trainer in a controlled environment at our Garner facility. For those needing practical help or a confidence booster in a typical daily environment, we also offer Off-Site Private Lessons. We can schedule our trainer to meet with you in a public location such as a department store to work on issues specific to your needs.
When we have a group of people with similar needs, we will offer them Semi-Private Lessons. These are similar to a group class environment with a focus on specific Service Dog training. The meeting time will be agreed upon by the Handlers invited to participate and can change as needed.
