Best vet I've experienced in 20 years!!!! She is incredible at whwat she does. She is honest, knowledgeable and so down to earth. She takes her time with you. I always feel like my fur baby is her only patient. She never makes me feel rushed or a burden. She answers all questions and has suck integrity! I love the decision of making Dr. DeLuca my vet!!!! I suggest you do the same!

Really enjoyed the atmosphere and everything the facility had to offer. I thoroughly enjoyed the professionalism and friendliness from all the staff but especially with both vets that I worked with today. They were very complimentary to Teddy was able to take care and administer his vaccines without him the wiser. Got a lot of great advice with him moving forward and ultimately can’t wait to utilize some of the facilities other accommodations.

As a first time patient, walking in I was immediately greeted by the wonderful front desk staff, and was quickly brought back into an exam room. The vet tech I had was beyond kind, gentle, and patient with my two cats, one of which was pretty scared. But he and the vet I saw had the kindest nature about them and my kitties were so calm and let themselves be held for the checkup and shots (they usually don't like new people). I felt like I received great care, and as soon as I left I was literally raving about the experience to all my friends with pets. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a great vet experience!

I brought my two new puppies in for their first visit and the staff was so fantastic with them and made it a very pleasant experience.

Everyone was extremely nice and pleasant. I was running a little late and called to get an excellent employee who was just fine. The vets doctors are always the best in making your friend feel welcome and cared for. Highly recommend them!

Dr. Harris and her staff are the most friendly and capable of all the vet clinics we have seen. They genuinely love our dogs (Rufus and Lily Rue) and that kind of enthusiasm and love can not be faked.

Dr. Barritt and her assistant did a great job working with my elderly and over dramatic dog. Drawing blood shouldn't be that hard but my dog makes it quite a wrestling match. They were patient, kind and undaunted by his unfounded fear.

From the minute you walk through the door you feel like you are at the neighbors house. Staff is friendly. We see Dr. Harris and have seen Dr. Bauer and both are wonderful. Our pup does NOT feel scared at all because they just love on the dog the whole time you are there. Thank You Carolina Ranch!

We brought our boxer in yesterday bc he suddenly became unable to walk. Dr Oliver, as always, went way above and beyond to make us comfortable, explained the situation so we had a clear picture, and involved us in the plan of care. I will forever be grateful to Dr Oliver and the other doctors at the Ranch For caring for our 2 dogs during the 2 years we’ve lived in this area. What I cannot condone or understand is why I was not allowed to go into the building with my baby in a crises situation. I was told that because I am a nurse and care for COVID patients, I am considered an exposure risk. Healthcare workers are probably the safest people to be around. We take the most precautions, wear masks and other PPE the entire 12+ hours we are at work and have had a natural tendency to wash our hands and avoid risky situations. We are expected to put ourselves at risk for our community, but situations like this highlight the fact that our community does not always see us as people, who also have needs and require services. I was not asked if I was symptomatic, just told no, you are not allowed in the building. Many of my colleagues have taken to lying about what they do for a living, to avoid situations like these. So I was punished twice- once for being a nurse, once for being honest. Thankfully we were able to take our boy home. But what if the situation was such that he had taken the walk over the rainbow bridge? Would I have been denied the opportunity to comfort him through that transition? I understand the protective intent behind the policy, and I am eternally grateful for the doctors at the Ranch, but after this experience it may be time to find a new vet to go to.

High price for average service/knowledge.

My dog had a condition that needed to be looked at asap. I left the house right after I spoke to them and they took my dog right on in. Excellent experience.
